*Police were called in to assist in kicking Chris Brown out of a rental house in Ibiza after he stayed past his final day and left the house in a disgusting state, according to TMZ.
According to the police report obtained by the website, Chris or someone in his party either threw knives at the wall or carved them up. The landlord also says someone urinated in the bed and there was vomit everywhere.
Police were called out, according to the report, because Chris was supposed to be out hours earlier and wouldn’t leave.
The landlord says Chris also owes $26,000 in rent. With damages involved, the landlord is asking for around $60,000. A source close to Chris says the rent issue has been resolved, and was a banking problem on the landlord’s end.
