*Prince blessed a track for rap duo Mobb Deep back in the ‘90s after all three ended up at the same recording studio.

“One of my homeboys was like, ‘Prince is out there…I’ll bring that n**ga in here, he mad cool,’” recalled Havoc of Mobb Deep on the “Drink Champs” podcast with N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN.

Havoc was working on a beat at Electric Lady Studios in New York when Prince walked inside. The rapper said he asked the legend if there was anything he could do to improve his track. “He was like, ‘Hold on,’” Havoc said of Prince’s response. “The n**ga got on the keyboards…I swear to God. He was that cool, yo. And then Snoop rhymed on the beat!”
