*If you’ve been paying attention to the situation between Australian rapper Iggy Azealia and NBA player Nick Young, you know their relationship has been on shaky ground for some time. Now comes word that the two are now an ex-couple; their relationship and engagement is history.
The rap star made the announcement via social media on Sunday (06-19-16):
“Unfortunately although I love Nick and have tried and tried to rebuild trust in him – It’s become apparent in the last few weeks that I’m unable to.”
As we reported, Young was secretly recorded on video a few months back by Lakers teammate D’Angelo Russell seemingly admitting to cheating on Azalea.

Azalea had every opportunity to dump Young then, but decided to give him another chance. We’re sure exactly what went down to cause her to pull the plug so we can only guess that he maybe he got caught again. Or … maybe she never really came to grips with the cheating that she found out about.
In any event, Azalea wasn’t through. She concluded her statement with this:
“It’s never easy to part ways with the person you planned your entire future with, but futures can be rewritten and as of today mine is a blank page.”
