*Always on his hustle, Nick Cannon has decided to make lemonade out of the lemon that is his divorce from Mariah Carey – more specifically, the accusation that he is dragging his feet on signing the divorce papers.
Today, the “America’s Got Talent” host dropped a new song on SoundCloud called… “Divorce Papers.”
In addition to his split with the singer, Cannon’s 4-minute track covers his health and child visitation rights for twins Morrocan and Monroe, suggesting that the two topics have contributed to his delay in signing the papers.
As previously reported, their divorce has been awaiting his John Hancock for over a year now. Carey is eager to move on and marry her billionaire bae James Packer, but Nick is taking his own sweet time in signing off.
But it may not be for long. At the end of his “freestyle,” he says, “Man, f**k it, I’ll sign these papers.”
