Kelly made a late night food run to a Nathan’s stand in Jacksonville last week during on his Buffet Tour, and while standing in line, a tipsy guy didn’t believe he was in the presence of the Chi-town legend. So when DJ Dr. Doom, of 93.3 The Beat — who was hanging with the singer – bet the guy $100 it really was R. Kelly, the self-proclaimed King of R&B turned up and showed out.

TMZ reports that no money exchanged hands in the end, but this is starting to be a thing with R. Kelly.

You may recall that he belted out a cappella. version of track while chilling in a sauna with male groupies.

Bonnie PointerMeanwhile, Bonnie Pointer — of the Pointer Sisters, has finalized her divorce from Motown producer Jeffrey Bowen, and according to court docs, she’s getting her music royalties, which she called her only separate property, per TMZ. A legal victory for the singer.

After 35 years of marriage, Bonnie and Jeffrey said they have no community property, and in the judge’s default judgement in Bonnie’s favor, neither will have to pay spousal support.

Bonnie and Bowen have been separated since 2004. The former couple married in 1978. They have no kids.
