Lil Kim Now in Mediation Over $3M New Jersey Mansion in Foreclosure

Lik Kim's Mansion

*Lil Kim may lose her longtime $3 million mansion for failure to pay, according to Bossip. The gossip site reports that her massive Bergen County, NJ property is close to being surrendered to HSBC Bank as part of the foreclosure process. HSBC is currently demanding full possession of the mansion, as well as all their court costs paid. Unless a resolution is met, the home will be auctioned off at a sheriff’s sale.

Kimmy’s efforts to morph into a white woman ain’t paying the bills yet, so in the meantime, the bank wants her to pay up! Court documents detail how 41-year-old Kimberly Jones purchased the mansion in 2002 and agreed to pay nearly ten grand a month, but she was sued in 2010 after falling behind on payments. Kim and her legal counsel met with HSBC and its arbitrators in March but failed to reach an agreement. They are due back in court next month.

Lil Kim is also still believed to owe the IRS six-figures in back taxes. The pint-sized MC hasn’t released a retail album in over a decade but she did drop a mixtape titled “Lil Kim Season” in March.
