Ex-Cop Sues NYPD for $100M Over Abusive Boss & Former Lover

NYPD

*Tabatha Foster is a former NYPD officer who has filed a $100 million notice of claim against the city, citing years of physical abuse at the hands of her former lover and NYPD boss.

Foster claims to have had a seven-year romance with NYPD Chief Jeffrey Maddrey, whom she claims beat her in a Queens Park. She even alleges that they often engaged in sexual romps at the precinct and at a Trump SoHo suite, where they once had sex while Maddrey’s pal, actor Omar Epps, slept nearby.

“Clearly this woman has problems,” a source told the NY Daily News. “She’s just trying to sell her story. She wants to be the next Beyoncé, and she is going to drag the chief’s name through the mud to do it. It’s wrong.”

The source said Maddrey and Epps are “almost like brothers,” and Foster dragging the actor into her drama is quite disappointing.

Roy Richter, president of the Captains Endowment Association, claims Foster is an unstable woman who stalked and harassed Maddrey for years.

“The chief has years of records that document unwelcome contact from this woman,” Richter said. “He is currently pursuing legal recourse to bring this harassment to an end.”

Maddrey also saved text messages from Foster who sent him naked photos of herself, begged for sex and threatened him. “It’s about to be a war,” she texted him on Jan. 31.

Court papers also detail a violent incident involving Maddrey, a father of three daughters, and Foster, who was then married and pregnant with her fourth child. Foster said Maddrey beat her in Tudor Park back in December. She also claims that she had to threaten him with a gun to get him to stop.

“I was so mad, I actually pulled my gun on him and literally had him at gunpoint,” she told The News. “He said, ‘Don’t shoot! Put the gun down!’

“I put the gun down and my ass got beat for real. He choked me up. He threw me from side to side like I was a rag doll.”

“I still kept seeing him after that, like an idiot,” she told The News, adding that Maddrey had an insatiable sexual appetite for pregnant women who were married.

Foster retired from the NYPD on Aug. 30, 2015, after suffering a stroke. Maddrey is still on full active duty.

Foster said she’s telling her story to warn others about Maddrey.
