Modo Entertainment TV Network Founder Gooding unveiled his collaboration with One Shot Network (OSN) and Celebrity Virtual Television Network (CVTN) at the private launch and red carpet party on Thursday, May 19, 2016 from 7 p.m. until 2 a.m. at Guy’s,
12655 Ventura Blvd. Studio City, CA located on the second level of Jerry’s Deli. The red carpet is from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

“Modo Entertainment is a project that I have been working on for a while. The timing is just right with so many new streaming networks available, especially because streaming is the future of television,” aid Gooding. “I will be active in the daily operations to ensure great programing.”
Under the guidance of OSN’s team of professionals, the three stand-alone state-of- the-art streaming technology networks will operate under OSN’s streaming platform 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. OSN, founded by Curtis Elerson, is the parent company of One Shot Films, One Shot TV and CVTN. Mondo Entertainment and CVTN are for celebrities who want to own their own channel. One Shot TV is a live streaming network and will be on a time schedule playout system. One Shot Films is an on-demand network.
“We built both live streaming and on-demand platforms for everyone's viewing pleasure and to be able to provide the content that people will want to watch,” said Elerson.
“With our advanced app and HD streaming platforms, we are far ahead of most people’s awareness of where streaming TV is headed.”
The trio of networks will air original projects along with other TV/Film projects with plans to launch in the third quarter of 2016 on familiar platforms, such as, Google TV; Roku; Apple TV; Amazon Fire TV; and more.

Omar Gooding is an American actor and rapper known as “Big O.” He is currently the star on “Family Time” on Bounce TV. Gooding began his professional career in the early 90s.
Gooding is best known for appearing in television shows such as, “Just the Ten of Us,” “Empty Nest. Hangin' with Mr. Cooper, Smart Guy, and Playmakers, and also the films Ghost Dad and Baby Boy for which he received critical praise for his role as "Sweatpea." Gooding launched his rap career when he was featured on the track, “No Warning,” from C-Bos album, Orca. He is the younger brother of veteran awarding-winning actor Cuba Gooding, Jr. and the son of singer Cuba Gooding, Sr.
