*The grim reaper showed up and showed out on Thursday, taking 12 television shows off of life support in a single day.

ABC took the most losses, with “Castle,” “Nashville,” “The Muppets,” “Galavant,” “Agent Carter” and “The Family” getting pink slips.

FOX said goodbye to “The Grinder,” “Grandfathered,” “Bordertown” and “Cooper Barrett’s Guide to Surviving Life.”

As previously reported, CBS got rid of “CSI: Cyber,” its sole remaining show in the “CSI” franchise.

The CW shed some dead weight as well: “Containment.”

If your favorite show made the cut, don’t put your feet up just yet. More cancellation announcements are sure to come in the next 72 hours – all to clear space ahead of next week’s fall presentations (Upfronts), where networks announce their new programming schedules.

Below, the dead in alphabetical order:

Agent Carter
Bordertown
Castle
Containment
Cooper Barrett’s Guide to Surviving Life
CSI: Cyber
The Family
Galavant
Grandfathered
The Grinder
Nashville
The Muppets
