Despite media reports, a Paisley Park rep says there’s no truth that Sheila E. is fighting with Prince’s sister over his estate. On the contrary, Sheila wants to work with the family to ensure vultures don’t swoop in and try to exploit the late singer’s legacy.

According to TMZ:

Sheila has deep concerns that vultures are looking for opportunities to profit off Prince’s death — so she’s offered her support to his family and Paisley Park reps … according to Sheila’s rep.

The rep says there’s no truth to reports Sheila is fighting with Tyka, Prince’s sister, over the estate. She adds, Sheila “has received no compensation nor will accept compensation” … and she’s already turned down multiple offers to get paid for “tribute” concerts.

Additionally, Sheila thinks all memorial shows should be authorized by the estate and all revenues should go to Prince’s favorite charities.

As PEOPLE notes, “with no will in place to dictate the future of Prince’s estimated $250 million estate,” the singer’s ex-girlfriend and bandmate hopes she’s allowed to step in “with a guiding hand.”

“Sheila is concerned that [Prince’s death] will result in exploitation for profit by people who may have been seeking personal financial gain from him while living and may now see the opportunity to do so in his untimely death,” her rep tells PEOPLE.

Meanwhile, TMZ is also reporting how Lil Wayne put ZERO ‘Respek’ on Birdman’s name by hanging out with Rick Ross and Trick Daddy — ‘2 of the guys who prompted Birdman’s infamous rant on The Breakfast Club last week.’

The trio posed together in Miami right before Beyonce took the stage to kick off her ‘Formation’ tour. The jury is still deliberating as to whether or not the middle finger was intended for the Cash Money mogul.
