*Deion Sanders and DeAndre Jordan‘s mansions are on the market for $12.7 million and $12.8 million, respectively.

Deion “Prime Time” Sanders, NFL Hall of Famer, sold his mansion two years ago at an auction for only $4 million, but now it is back on the market and is listed as the most expensive home in Prosper, TX.

Sanders’ property used to be more than 112 acres but has since been cut down to a more manageable six-acre amount. David Gloria, listing agent for the mansion, told that the land around the home was purchased by a developer, and there is now a gated 25-home community on the rest of the hundred acres of land. Gloria said the home will become “the crown jewel of the new development.”

“This phenomenal property is no longer going to be out in the boonies,” Gloria said referring to the new community built around the mansion. It will sit at the end of an expensive cul-de-sac.

The other homes surrounding Neon Deion’s old home are listed between $1 and $4 million. The lucky new owners will enjoy an indoor bowling alley, nine bedrooms, and an indoor football facility should they decide to purchase the mansion.

Celebrity Net Worth reports that DeAndre Jordan, Los Angeles Clippers basketball star, purchased a new mansion in September, but he’s already had enough of the $12.8 million mansion.

Jordan purchased the mansion in the same neighborhood as one of his teammates, superstar Blake Griffin, but now wants out.

The mansion opens up to the outside, contains a basketball half-court, an elevator system, a putting green, and a secret room with a hidden passage only accessible by a thumbprint entry system. It’s only a 10,500-square-foot mansion, meaning that it likely requires a ventilation system similar to those found in hospitals that circulate air up to 300 times per hour.

If anyone has about $13 million lying around and no ideas for how to spend it, perhaps buying an all star’s mansion in Texas or Los Angeles is a worthy investment.
