*Kobe Bryant will end his 20-season career on Wednesday, April 13, when he takes the court for his final NBA game. In honor of the occasion, ESPN has put together a video sendoff narrated by one of L.A.’s favorite native sons, Kendrick Lamar.

The rapper recites words written by ESPN writer Scoop Jackson for “Fade to Black,” which recognizes Bryant’s five NBA championships and includes footage of the Black Mamba dunking on a rookie Dwight Howard in 2004 and his 2009 buzzer-beater over Dwayne Wade.

It’s all set to Kendrick’s “Untitled 07 | Levitate” from his recent “Untitled Unmastered” collection.
