Bravo Set to Replace ‘Boring’ ‘Housewives Of Potomac’ for Season 2

*”The Real Housewives of Potomac” is on its way to a second season, according to sources close to the production.

The Potomac edition premiered with the highest ratings in the franchise, with 2.54 million viewers overall, the Washington Post reports.

The network is hoping that success carries on to the next season, which is why the “boring” housewives are being replaced with fresh faces who are anxious to turn up for their 15 minutes of fame, and act a fool for ratings.

Calls have been made and names are being considered to augment the current cast — Karen Huger, Ashley Darby, Charrisse Jackson Jordan, Katie Rost, Robyn Dixon and Gizelle Bryant. “Potomac’s” breakouts are fan favs Gizelle Bryant, and the show’s youngest member, Darby.

Reality Tea reports that if any one is given the boot then it could be Charrisse Jackson Jordan with her unpredictable marriage issues, and “seemingly very normal” Robyn Dixon and her money troubles. Additionally, fans seem to be totally over Katie nagging Andrew to pop the question. Fans have also taken to social media to blast the show for being too “fake” and “scripted”…as if they missed the memo back in the early 2000’s that said ALL REALITY SHOWS ARE FAKE AND SCRIPTED!

Still – tho, the fans will not stand for deliberate delusions, which could be the reason for the cast shake up. Bravo needs housewives who have award-winning acting skills.

The Inquisitr notes that some of the REAL housewives in the area are speaking out about how “the cast for TRHOP were never told they would be Real Housewives to begin with, which is why some viewers noticed a disconnect between the women on the show and other Real Housewife spin-offs.”

“Bravo has really missed the boat on this one,” a Maryland resident told The Huffington Post, “and seems to have tried to interject things thought of as Maryland into a gaggle of common drama queens…The locations seem fake, the women seem fake, and…only people from ‘somewhere else’ would call it a crab boil.”

The Washington Post also questioned the show’s credibility, writing, “Just who’s writing all these etiquette rules, anyway?” While the fake Potomac claims seem to be real, it also appears that the show misrepresents Potomac as a whole and added false rules of conduct as well. “Many of those proclamations seem a bit iffy to us.”
