*MGM is doubling down on its “Creed” star Michael B. Jordan.
The studio has attached him to star in its remake of “The Thomas Crown Affair,” the 1968 Norman Jewison-directed film that starred Steve McQueen and Faye Dunaway.
The story follows a debonair, adventuresome bank executive who believes he has gotten away with the perfect multi-million dollar heist, only to match wits with a sexy insurance investigator who will do anything to get her man.
The film was remade in 1999 with Pierce Brosnan and Rene Russo.
