Yep, that was our first thought, too upon seeing his mugshot (above). It seems hard living is definitely taking a toll on him.
Brown, the ex-Disney Channel star, 28, is in the news again. This time he’s said to have pulled into a police station parking lot while arguing with his girlfriend and then allegedly struck her, while he had meth on him.
Yeah, way to go Orlando. Real smart move. Not!

TMZ says the incident happened in January in Torrance, CA when someone using a nearby ATM spotted the couple arguing in the car and called police who were conveniently located.
Brown initially refused to leave his car, according to sources, but once cops got him into jail, they found methamphetamine on him. His girlfriend was not seriously injured.
Brown’s been charged with misdemeanor domestic battery, obstruction of justice and 2 felonies — drug possession with intent to sell, and having contraband in jail.
Brown has a history of prior arrests.
