*The woman who sued 2 Chainz for repeatedly calling her a THOT in a viral video just had her lawsuit thrown out by a North Carolina judge.
Back in July, camera phones were rolling in 2 Chainz’s dressing room when he repeatedly referred to fan Christine Chisholm as a THOT (that ho over there) as she tried to locate a specific member of his crew backstage.

In his ruling, the judge said calling someone a “THOT” does not rise to the level of “extreme or outrageous conduct,” reports TMZ.
