*Witnesses are telling TMZ that Lamar Odom suffered multiple strokes since being admitted to the hospital in Las Vegas Tuesday night, per an MRI.
According to the website, Lamar is also on a 3-5 hour dialysis for kidney failure. It’s unclear if brain damage resulted from the strokes.
Odom was found unconscious Tuesday afternoon at the Love Ranch brothel in Crystal, Nevada, about 70 miles from Las Vegas.
There are conflicting accounts of Lamar’s condition at press time. Rev. Jesse Jackson, who visited Lamar Wednesday morning, told reporters outside the hospital that the athlete is on life support, but that his doctors think he’s improving. Jackson said Odom was unresponsive Tuesday but “has some responsiveness now.”
However, TMZ’s sources say Lamar remains unconscious and unresponsive.
Jackson, in Vegas for Tuesday’s Democratic presidential debate, stopped and spoke to the media as he was leaving the hospital Wednesday.
He added: “Apparently from what the doctor said, he was much better off today than yesterday.”
Jackson also confirmed earlier reports that Khloe Kardashian and some of Odom’s childhood friends were by Odom’s side, and former Lakers teammate Kobe Bryant visited him last night.
