*Rita Ora has Twitter fired up today after revealing her wish list of ladies for a dream remake of LaBelle’s 1975 classic “Lady Marmalade.”
The British singer told The Sun she’d love to redo the track with Miley Cyrus, Charli XCX, and Iggy Azalea.
“It’s always been my goal to create another ‘Lady Marmalade’. I’m trying to round up the troops – I think it would be me, Miley, Charli XCX – she’d be fun – and Iggy,” she said.
The song was famously remade in 2001 with the lineup of Christina Aguilera, Lil Kim, Mya and Pink for the Moulin Rouge soundtrack. Both versions topped the Billboard Hot 100 for several weeks.
And Twitter was quick to tell Rita that her dream for a third remake is a bad idea, to put it nicely:

Iggy got tired of the tweets and came forward to distance herself from the discussion:
Please leave me out of the whole Lady Marmalade conversation. I have nothing to do with ritas ideas & agree it should be left alone. Thanks — IGGY AZALEA (@IGGYAZALEA) October 12, 2015
