*Viewers looking for a glimpse of the next chapter of the relationship between Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez are in luck.
VH1 has given fans just that with the release of a brief teaser video of the couple’s new “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta” spin-off “Stevie & Joseline.”
From the looks of it, “Stebbie” and Hernandez are still in the same spot with their relationship being on the rocks sorta as the new show picks up where they left off on “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta.” Nevertheless, fans are bound to have something to talk about in light of “Stevie & Joseline” following the pair, who have moved to Los Angeles in an attempt to chase “their dreams of superstardom.
The arrival of the series comes as perfect timing amid a string of notable success for hip-hop, Susan Levison, VH1’s Executive Vice President of original programming and production, noted.
“In a summer where the film ‘Straight Outta Compton’ went straight to No. 1, Taylor Swift’s collaboration with Kendrick Lamar topped the Billboard charts and our own ‘Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta’ ranked as the No. 1 reality show on cable, hip-hop’s dominance of pop culture was confirmed yet again,” she said. “We’re excited to fuel our audience’s continued fascination with all things hip-hop by extending the storylines of some of their favorite ‘Love & Hip Hop’ cast members.”
