*Tamar Braxton, Chaka Khan and Kim Zolciak-Biermann were revealed this morning among the cast of “Dancing With the Stars” for its upcoming 21st season.
They’ll join scandal-prone celebrity chef Paula Deen, Triple Crown winner Victor Espinoza and Alek Skarlatos, one of the three Americans lauded for thwarting a recent terrorist attack on a Paris-bound train.
Skarlatos, Deen, Braxton and Zolciak-Biermann were all live in “Good Morning America’s” Times Square studio for the announcement. (Watch here.)
Braxton, who stars with her sisters on WE tv’s “Braxton Family Values,” said she had not even told her siblings, including singer Toni Braxton, that she was joining the “Dancing” cast.
“This is the reveal. I haven’t told them yet,” Braxton said, adding a, “Hi, girls,” shout-out to her sisters.
Skarlatos, 22, said he doesn’t “even want to imagine” what his fellow Army National Guardsmen think of his turn on “Dancing,” but he is excited to get on the dance floor.
“I think it’ll be fun. I hope I learn a lot,” Skarlatos said. “I’ll need to if I’m going to stay on very long.”
“Dancing with the Stars” returns Monday, Sept. 14, at 8 p.m. ET on ABC. Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews are returning as co-hosts.
