*Terrence Howard fired the first shot in his legal battle with ex-wife Michelle Ghent Tuesday morning (Aug. 11) by bringing his sister-in-law into court to testify about a threesome sex tape that was allegedly used to extort the “Empire” star out of money.
According to TMZ, Yvonne Howard testified that Ghent said she “had him [Terrence] by the balls,” and then claimed to have a tape of Howard having sex with a woman while another woman was present. The site goes on to note how “odd” it was that the encounter was labeled a threesome in light of testimony referring to only one female being intimate with Howard while the other female was filming.
The legal action stems from Howard’s efforts to get Ghent’s divorce settlement thrown out of court on the grounds that he signed the settlement under duress. The entertainer claims Ghent held sex tapes and photos over his head to get a lot more spousal support than she was entitled to receive.
Despite being married for only a year, Ghent got $5,800 a month for 3 years.
