*Whoopi Goldberg stood up for Kelly Osbourne on “The View” this morning after her comments that attempted to attack Donald Trump’s view of Latinos backfired to make her appear to have the same view.
Osbourne made headlines when she asked Trump who would clean his toilet if he kicked Latino immigrants out of the country.
“I just want to start by making something clear,” Whoopi began this morning, “the point she was actually trying to make is that Donald Trump’s stance on immigration would only end up hurting the people that Donald Trump is counting on.”
Goldberg then explained, “you sometimes step in dog doo.”
“Sometimes your head works faster than your mouth,” Whoopi said, likely meaning to say that in reverse.
“If you’ve ever met a racist, it’s pretty clear — they’re pretty clear,” Goldberg continued her Wednesday defense of Osbourne.
Whoopi, who said Osbourne just “made a boo-boo,” concluded for everyone: “We live in the doo-doo.”
