*Will Smith wants you to sit down and shut up as far as constantly spreading rumors that he and wife/actress Jada Pinkett Smith are divorcing.
Well of course he’s not talking about YOU, dear reader, but perhaps he’s referring to a new RadarOnline story saying that Will and Jada have decided to “pull the plug” on their 17-year marriage and already have a “secret divorce deal” in place to divide their $240 million fortune.
The story goes on to say that an “insider” told the site that Will and Jada are “exhausted from trying to maintain the facade of a happy union,” and have “decided to pull the plug in a carefully choreographed manner, [and] agree announcing their split at the end of the summer is the right move.”
Hmm, maybe that’s why Will posted on Facebook: “I don’t usually respond to foolishness,” explaining that by doing so it becomes contagious.
But in spite of “adding to the foolishness,” the Fresh Prince of Bel Air stated for the record:
“In the interest of redundant, repetitious, over & over again-ness … Jada and I are NOT GETTING A DIVORCE!!!!!!!!!!:-)”
He wasn’t through because he then said: “I promise you all – if I ever decide to divorce my Queen – I SWEAR I’ll tell you myself!”
He finished with this: “#Dumb People Should Have to Wear Scarlet D’s.”
Jada then backed up her man with this tweet: “My king has spoken.”
