EUR on the Scene: Marvel's 'Ant-Man' Red Carpet (WATCH)

In the heart of Hollywood at the Dolby Theatre, Marvel’s “Ant-Man” brought out some of the film industry’s brightest stars for its premiere.

If you are a comic book fan or familiar with Marvel comics then you know that each movie usually turns into a franchise of sequels. What you may have also noticed is there is usually a lack of diversity in these films.

As of late we’re seeing a change. The next evolution of the Marvel Cinematic Universe brings a founding member of “The Avengers” to the big screen for the first time with Marvel Studios’ “Ant-Man.”

Armed with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, master thief Scott Lang must embrace his inner hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym, protect the secret behind his spectacular “Ant-Man” suit from a new generation of towering threats.

Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Lang and Pym must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world. Marvel’s “Ant-Man” stars Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Michael Douglas, Corey Stoll, Bobby Cannavale, Michael Peña, Tip “T.I.” Harris and Wood Harris in addition to others.

This blockbuster film boasts a diverse cast and should appeal to the masses. EUR associate H’erica Thompson was present at the red carpet premiere of “Ant-Man” to get some highlights.
