*Kevin Hart, LL Cool J, Tracy Morgan and gospel great Shirley Caesar are among the inductees that will receive stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame next year.

The Hollywood Walk of Fame Class of 2016 also includes Steve Carell and Kurt Russell in the motion pictures category, while Kathy Bates, Tracy Morgan and Rob Lowe will be honored for their accomplishments in TV.

LL Cool J and Adam Levine will be honored in the recording category along with fellow musicians Cyndi Lauper and Bruno Mars. Comic-turned-movie star Hart will also be honored in the live performance group.

Of course all inductees must pay $30,000 to receive a star and for the maintenance of the star thereafter. They must also attend the big unveiling ceremony.

After hearing the news, LL wrote on Instagram:

“I’m truly grateful. And Thankful. GOD is Great.. look Grandma I’m still doing it.. Dreams don’t have deadlines.. Teamwork makes the dream work.”

Kevin Hart responded to the news with the following Instagram post:

“God is AMAZING….crying tears of Joy!!!! Mom I know your smiling from ear to ear right now!!! All of my hard work blood sweat and tears are truly paying off!!!! I am so grateful of this honor!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH….This couldn’t happen without the support of my fans….I love u guys from the bottom of my heart!!!! #HustleHart #ImGettingAstarMom #Blessed #ComedicRockstar #Motivation #Focused”

Fun fact: The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce denied reality star Kim Kardashian a star on the city’s precious pavement. Kardashian was told by the civic body that it won’t even entertain a notion of her being included. LOL. Nice.
