On Sunday night’s “Celebrity Family Feud,” some professional football players from the NFL helped solidify the image of the dumb jock with several less than thought out answers to Steve Harvey‘s question, “name something that follows the word ‘strip.’”
During the NFC vs. AFC battle, Green Bay Packer running back Eddie Lacy hit the buzzer (or whatever it’s called) but couldn’t get an answer out. Another said “rip” as in “strip-rip.” Huh?!
Finally, after a correct answer the round went to the NFC team.
Then came 49ers tight end Vernon Davis’ turn and he came up with this gem: “per” as in “stripper.” Or did he say “her” as in “strip-her?” Hmm, we’re not really sure.
Well, whatever it was Steve Harvey thought it was a “guy thing” and enjoyed the answer … but unfortunately it was not on the board.
Anyway, after several interesting responses, the game went to the AFC team for the steal. They answered “mall” and successfully stole the points, winning the game.
