*The weekend came early for jurors during a trial involving 50 Cent and the mother of a baby fathered by Maybach Music Group rapper Rick Ross.
According to Page Six, Judge Paul Wooten dismissed the jurors just before 1 p.m. on Friday (June 19) after they viewed the graphic 13-minute sex tape at the center of the case.
“Good news. It’s Friday. It’s sunny and you get an early day,” Wooten told the jurors upon turning the lights on in the Manhattan courtroom.
The amateur tape in question involves Lastonia Leviston, Ross’ baby mama, and another man. Leviston, who is Ross’ ex-girlfriend, is suing 50 for putting the video online with commentary he made trashing her.
The G-unit rapper is heard narrating the clip as his alter ego “Pimpin’ Curly.”
“Your daughter come out of that …” 50 said in the video as he taunted Ross while and calling Leviston a series of derogatory names.
As they were viewing the video, Page Six reports that most of the jurors were “visibly uncomfortable” as they squirmed in their squirmed in their seat. So much so that one juror tightly crossed her arms and turned her body to the side.
