*Shopping at Walmart turned into a beatdown for one woman who called one of the chain store’s employees the N-word.
Media sources report the incident, which took place at a Walmart in Beech Grove, Indiana, involved another customer, who was identified only as Amber. Upon seeing the woman call the employee the N-word, an irate Amber confronted the woman.
From there, a physical fight took place in the aisle as other Walmart customers gathered around to watch what happened. A video of the fight, which has been viewed more than 1.5 million times since being uploaded to YouTube on Monday (June 8), shows Amber’s 6-year-old son taking part in the fight delivering a series of blows to the woman fighting his mom, including stomps and kicks to the head.
According to witnesses, police were called to the Walmart and ended up laughing after checking out footage of the fight. Ultimately, police did not file charges against anyone involved in the fight and both women and Amber’s son left the store.
During a recent call to the “Smiley Show” on local radio station WZPL Amber revealed exactly how the fight started.
“She was sitting and yelling at an employee and she was telling her she was a n—– and she was going to get out of her chair and whoop her a–,” Amber said.” In my defense for the employee, I asked [the woman] if she was miserable with her life. That’s when she rolled her supposedly crippled [inaudible] down there and jumped out of her chair.”
As for her son, Amber revealed that she encouraged the boy to “punch her in the face.”
Defending her son’s actions, Amber mentioned that he was “a little crazy kid” who loves taking martial arts classes.
“I don’t have to worry about him ever being bullied in high school,” she said.
In response to the fight, a Walmart spokesperson issued the following statement:
“This type of behavior inside one of our stores is completely unacceptable and we are notifying the individuals involved that they are no longer welcome on Wal-Mart property. Once we were aware of this situation, a member of our management immediately called the police and we are continuing to work with them on this matter.”
