*Mothers everywhere are the center of attention this week on “The Real.”
The show kicked off its tribute to mothers on Monday, with giving a single mom the opportunity to choose between three bachelors for a special date night, The Power Player Lifestyle Magazine reports . The dating episode was followed on Tuesday with “The Real” helping to reunite a cancer survivor and her daughter after years of not communicating with each other.
Wednesday’s episode of “The Real” turned out to be a memorable one for a mother of five from Columbus, Ohio who received an “unforgettable makeover.” Today’s episode of “The Real” will honor 69 year-old Charlotte Tidwell for feeding more than 7,000 people a month with her retirement money.
Capping off the week will be an appearance from legendary R&B singer Patti Labelle on Friday (May 8). In addition, “The Real” will continue honoring mothers with Patrice Davis, an aunt who sacrificed everything to raise her nephew.
In addition to shining a light on various moms, “The Real” co-hosts Loni Love, Jeannie Mai, Tamar Braxton, Adrienne Bailon and Tamera Mowry-Howsley will recognize and pay tribute to their own mothers as they sign off each program this week with showing love to their matriarchs for their unconditional love, support and endless sacrifices.
