*The family feud over B.B. King’s health and money is about to hit a Las Vegas courtroom.

With the blues icon in home hospice care, one of his 11 surviving children is asking a judge on Thursday to give her and an executor guardianship over King’s finances and medical decisions.

Patty King says her dad’s longtime manager Laverne Toney, who has legal control of King’s affairs, refused her request to take him to a hospital when she saw that his urine was orange and he wasn’t eating, TMZ reported last week. Patty called police, and responding officers called in paramedics, who agreed B.B. needed to be seen by a doctor. At the hospital, the 89-year-old musician suffered a minor heart attack, Patty said.

Toney says the 89-year-old musician, who was diagnosed with diabetes decades ago, is home where he wants to be after the brief hospitalization last week.

He toured and performed until October, when he canceled the remaining shows in his 2014 tour after falling ill in Chicago with dehydration and exhaustion.

As previously reported, Patty and her husband filed a police report last November claiming elder abuse, and burglary. They accused Toney and her assistant of fleecing $20-$30 million from B.B., withholding his medications while on tour and stealing several Rolexes and a ring valued at $250,000.
