  1. Watch your back homie… I wish you would have stayed underground… Rogue cops are some of the best murderers on the planet…

The NYPD framed Ramsey Orta, and now he’s in a cell at Rikers… Mr. Orta is the hero who video recorded the NYPD murdering Eric Garner…

The other thing that’s not cool about spouting off one’s mouth on TV is this, you’re doing the work for the rogue cop’s defense team. You’re divulging information that they can take and spin. Make them earn their money by doing their due diligence during discovery.

Michael Slager’s defense team will definitely spin Mr. Santana’s, “They were tussling on the ground” comment…

You folks do know the attorneys have their DVR’s recording every network in which a witness is making an appearance, right? That’s exactly how Darren Wilson got off.

Wilson never filed an official incident report. Nope… Wilson and the city of Ferguson waited for everyone of the “eye witnesses” to appear on news programs like, Rev. Al’s, Anderson Cooper, etc., etc. That way they could record the witnesses, and create their false narrative.

Attorneys will take every word that witnesses forget, and twist them into knots on the witness stand.

If you witness and record an incident, please don’t mess up the family’s chances of receiving justice by going on TV. The TV folks are interested in ratings, only…

Besides, winning in the court of public opinion means nothing. The family needs to win in a court of law. And I don’t mean just civil court either… It’s time for these murderous cops to get arrested, convicted, and serve long stretches in a prison’s protective custody section. They will be locked down 23 hours a day, with 1 hour out for recreation…

As I stated earlier, your safety is at risk when you expose yourself. Your enemy knows who you are, but you don’t know anything about the enemy. Think about that….

Some of the best practices are these, 1) Contact the family, ask them for their attorney’s contact info, 2) Agree to meet with the family’s attorney and possibly the DA (with counsel), 3) Keep a low profile, and forget the media… 4) Keep your mouth shut…

  2. This was a senseless killing of Mr. Scott.

Perhaps officer Michael Slager had witnessed the adoration given to others who killed African Americans. We saw the love and support provided to George Zimmerman from Fox News, Bill O’Reilly, Sean Hannity, and Mark Levin. Trayvon Martin was just a kid walking home from the store, and yet was villianized by the aforementioned. Absent the video, officer Slager would surely be on these shows receiving support.

  3. Kudos to Mr. Santana and kudos to the attorney that kicked Slager’s ass to the curb after he saw the video. I know that by law, every accused has to be defended to best of their council’s ability, but this asshat is going to have a hell of time finding someone willing to dip his ass into this boiling volcano.
