Ne-Yo, Jessie J Join McDonald’s ‘imLovinIt24’ Campaign

*McDonald’s has enlisted Ne-Yo and Jessie J for 24 hours as part of its imLovinIt24 campaign, designed to celebrate 24 moments of joy in 24 hours with consumers in 24 cities around the globe.

According to Billboard, the campaign includes various fun events and performances by noted music acts. Jessie J is surprising fans with a unique concert experience at a secret location in London, while Ne-Yo will cap the global initiative with a free concert for select fans in Los Angeles Tuesday at Avalon Hollywood.

The singer/songwriter will premiere his new song, “Every Day With Love,” which he penned using lyrics contributed by fans via McDonald’s.

“This campaign is about something positive as opposed to all the negativity that’s going on in the world right now,” says Ne-Yo. “It’s about giving people another reason to smile. And being a super-positive person, I’m all for that.”

imLovinIt24 kicked off Monday in Sydney, Australia, where commuters were invited to play in a 20-foot coffee cup-shaped ball pit before heading to work with a free cup of McCafé coffee. In Auckland, New Zealand, diners ordering Big Macs were treated to music as they opened their burger boxes, thanks to sound chips inserted in a number of the containers. And in Manila, Philippines, a tollbooth was transformed into a McDonald’s drive-thru to hand out free breakfasts.
