*Suge Knight, of course, is still trying to get out of jail on bail, but prosecutors are playing hard ball and have requested the judge in the murder case  set his bail at $25 million, due to  his violent history.
The motion filed by Deputy District Attorney Cynthia Barnes cites 31 incidents in which Knight is accused of threatening others or using violence, according to an AP report. The motion also claims Knight has been involved in money laundering and extortion schemes targeting up-and-coming rappers in recent years.
Knight, 49, pleaded not guilty to murder and attempted murder after striking two men with his truck during a fight in a Compton (CA.) parking lot in late January.
He’s scheduled to appear in court on Friday morning in Los Angeles for a bail hearing.
