The singer voices a teen girl named Tip in DreamWorks Animation’s new film “Home.” The story follows an alien race “The Boov,” led by Captain Smek (Steve Martin) that invades Earth to hide from their galactic enemy. The Boov starts to relocate humans to a new Desert Planet, but Tip evades capture. While searching for her mom Lucy (Jennifer Lopez), she teams with a “fugitive” Boov named Oh (Jim Parsons), who inadvertently alerts his people’s enemies of their location.
