Stacey Dash ‘Appalled’ with Patricia Arquette Oscar Speech Demanding Pay Equality for Women

Stacey Dash-Patricia Arquette

*Stacey Dash continues to live up to the movie she’s best known for.

The “Clueless” star turned Fox News contributor apparently wasn’t a fan of Patricia Arquette’s acceptance speech for winning the Best Supporting Actress Oscar for her performance in “Boyhood.” Arquette drew applause from the star-studded audience Sunday night as she demanded equal pay for women at the end of her speech.

“To every woman who gave birth, to every taxpayer and citizen of this nation, we have fought for everybody else’s equal rights,” Arquette said upon winning her first Oscar. “It’s our time to have wage equality once and for all and equal rights for women in the United States of America.”

So how did Dash feel about Arquette’s views?

“I was appalled. I could not believe it,” Dash said on “Fox & Friends” Monday morning. “First of all, Patricia Arquette needs to do her history. In 1963, [President] Kennedy passed an equal pay (law). It’s still in effect. I didn’t get the memo that I didn’t have any rights.”

We hate to break it to you Miss Dash, but according to a recent study published by the National Partnership for Women and Families, women in the United States are paid an average of 78 cents for every dollar paid to men, amounting to a yearly wage gap of $10,876 between full-time workingmen and women.

  1. We should all push more female garbage “men,” coal miners, and mechanical jobs. Why do women still have a pay gap? Because they are more likely to be sitting in an office as a secretary than they are to do high risk jobs that men do to keep our society running. Every seen the show dirty jobs? You’ll notice a higher portion of men in those episodes than women. Comparing the same job positions, pay is already equal.

    • well, I hate to break it to you, but there are countless examples, of where a white secretary with a high school diploma and 2-3 years experience will earn more than a Black secretary with a degree in Business Administration and 8+ years of experience … at the same company …seen it myself … so much for equal pay … happy to say I’m not a secretary … needless to say that shouldn’t be happening, but this is America, the land of opportunity … for racial inequality …

  2. Can someone, a relative or someone close to this dumbass, please have her committed. Something is seriously wrong with this woman.

    • Something is wrong with her, and it’s called ‘I-have-no-talent-and-no-one-is-calling-me-about-a-job’ syndrome. I hope she’s stashing away whatever Faux news is paying her because it’ll just be a matter of tome before they kick her stupid ass to the curb. She is seriously deluded if she believes they actually like her and will keep her around for the long hall.

  3. Somebody call Damon Dash so he can put a muzzle on his idiot brainwashed cousin, oh you need a brain to be brainwashed.
That heffer is so desperate for work that she took a job with one of the most bigoted, racist co-workers and networks out there, including jackass Geraldo Rivera and that other fool what’s his name.

  4. This stupid bytch is “beYOND”…stupid!!!, & is taking “self defecation” to a new low. I hope dat check is fat enough, to provide fuh huh wrung & stretched out kra ass, for “that” gig ‘on Fox?, will prolly be huh…..last.SSMDHATSB!

  5. Ms. Dash is a perfect example of self-loathing. She has aliened herself with a party that hates black people, unless they can exploit them. Like Ben Carson, Herman Cain and a host of others who believe that they are exempt from the racial slurs spewed by the rabid right. Until they serve their purpose, like luring in a black vote, their slurs will be hidden behind closed doors. LOL!!!

  6. You all do know this mannequin is banging Bill O’ or Roger Ailes, right? How else is she staying on the air, and on different Fox programs.

This chick is accustomed to the casting couch, and that’s about the only thing she learned in Hollow-wood…

  7. The writer of this article left out a significant portion of what Patricia Arquette said!

“It’s time for women. Equal means equal. The truth is the older women get, the less money they make. The highest percentage of children living in poverty are in female-headed households. It’s inexcusable that we go around the world and we talk about equal rights for women in other countries and we don’t. One of those superior court justices said two years ago in a law speech at a university that we don’t have equal rights for women in America and we don’t because when they wrote Constitution, they didn’t intend it for women. So the truth is even though we sort of feel like we have equal rights in America right under the surface there are huge issues at play that really do affect women. It’s time for all the women in America, and all the men that love women and all the gay people and all the people of color that we’ve all fought for to fight for us now.”

The part where she said ALL THE PEOPLE OF COLOR that we’ve all fought for to fight for us now… is the portion I take exception to.

  8. makes me think she bumped her head and knocked herself unconscious and woke up white … on top of being clueless …damn …
