*While many of us were romancing our significant others with love and treats for Valentine’s Day, Nick Cannon and Nicole Murphy were romancing each other.
Page Six reports the couple were out together on a late-night Valentine’s date. Cannon, who is divorcing Mariah Carey after six years together, and Murphy, who is back on the market after her engagement to Michael Strahan was called off in August, spent quality time at Tavern on the Green together Saturday night.
“The couple showed up at 11 p.m., when most other diners were already gone,” a witness shared with Page Six. “They were holding hands across the table, and gazing at each other throughout their meal.”
Cannon and Murphy were apparently so into each other that “neither paid attention” to one of Carey’s songs, which played during their meal.
“They seemed very happy together,” said the witness.
All in all, Cannon and Murphy’s dinner at the restaurant lasted about an hour, Page Six noted while mentioning last week that the couple’s date comes after they were seen dining with another couple at Bagatelle, “laughing and having a great time.”
