*Twitter is trying to tie a caption from Nicki Minaj directly to a video posted hours earlier by K. Michelle in which she twerks to a song from Nicki’s ex-boyfriend.
The ratchetness started Friday when K. Michelle posted a video of her twerking to “Burner,” from Minaj’s ex Safaree Samuels. She captioned it, “On the road! Sometimes I have to let go and have a little bit of fun.”
Hours later, Minaj posted a photo in which she walks offstage after her pre Super Bowl gig at the Bud Light House of Whatever, and past a pack of bottled water. She captioned it, “”All this water n btchs is still thirsty #RobertoCavalli.”
Was that meant for K. Michelle? Black Twitter seems to think so.
Safaree, meanwhile, was quick to give K. Michelle his approval by reposting her twerk video to his song with the caption, “.. ok im half asleep.. but i do not believe @kmichellemusic just made a twerk video to my song “Burner”.. maybe im still sleeping!! .. this is dopeee! .. i cnt lie this woke me up!! that shape tho #burner #burnervideoinbio”.
Minaj and Samuels broke up recently after a 10 year relationship. Samuels is rumored to have moved on with a model while Minaj is reportedly dating rapper Meek Mills.
