*Melanie Brown’s husband Stephen Belafonte is laid up in a Los Angeles hospital after complaining of back pain.
Mel B had to drive her man to the emergency room at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, early Tuesday, according to TMZ.
Brown herself previously spent time in doctors’ care in her native U.K. last month when she had to be treated for an undisclosed but “serious” ailment. Her hospital stay sparked rumors suggesting she had become a victim of domestic abuse, but Belafonte slammed the allegations and Brown subsequently took to Twitter to dismiss reports her marriage was in trouble.
