*Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon have an interesting prenup situation going on.
We’re talking a prenup with a confidentiality clause. In other words, if Mariah lets the cat out the bag, she gets docked twice what he’d have to pay if his lips get loose.
It breaks down like this: If Nick violates the confidentiality clause he has to pay her a $250,000 penalty, but if she does it, she has to pay him $500K.
The prenup says Mariah is worth $150 million. Nick came into the marriage in 2008 with a little less than $500K, but is now reportedly worth several million, according to TMZ.
