*Is Toni Braxton having cash flow problems? Bouncing a check for $35,000 may be a clue.

Anthony Franco, a wardrobe designer who made the costumes for the singer's Flamingo Hotel show in Las Vegas, is suing her for that very reason and for that amount.

In the suit, filed last Friday, Franco says he was commissioned by Braxton and Liberty Entertainment, Inc. to design the entire wardrobe for Braxton's "Toni Revealed" show, reports TMZ.com.

The court papers also show that Franco claims they agreed on a price of $35,000.

Franco also alleges that he received payment by check, which was returned for "insufficient funds." On top of that, the defendants put a stop payment on the check, he said.

The designer's lawsuit says he did get $20,000 from Braxton, but he's still due the $15,000 balance.

So far Braxton, whose show has been extended through February of 2008, has not responded to media inquiries regarding the suit.
