MEL B. TO SUE MURPHY OVER PATERNITY TEST: Scary Spice hopes judge will force actor to give up DNA.
*In the latest chapter of “Who is Angel Iris Murphy Brown’s papa?” mom Melanie Brown tells People magazine that she will take ex-boyfriend Eddie Murphy to court so that a judge can finally force him to take a paternity test.
"He's not doing a DNA test and he's not signing the birth certificate," Brown told the magazine Tuesday. "So it's going to have to go to court so he can be forced to do it, which is strange since he was the one asking for it."
Brown, 31, has claimed all along that her newborn daughter is Murphy’s seed. However, the “Dreamgirls” star has openly questioned his paternity, telling a Dutch TV show: "I don't know whose child that is until it comes out and has a blood test."
Although Brown refers to Murphy as "a great guy," she added: "I just think no woman should have to go through that and no baby should have to go through that. Be responsible. What else can you say?"
Star magazine is reporting that the British-born ex-Spice Girl will ask Murphy for £3,000 per month in support and a lump sum to purchase a new home in Los Angeles.
The tabloid also claims Mel B plans to tell all the dirt about her relationship with Murphy in an upcoming TV show.
