Comment: I intend to go see this movie - we complain too much about not enough black movies and the quality and it looks like this one is worth the high as.s movie ticket price. Don't care for jhud but Latifah and Alicia Keys are worth the price.

The only thing that bothers me is Do black actresss have to be singers/rappers in order to get major movie roles ?
I'm all for people expanding their horizons. If you are a singer and get an opportunity to act or write a book, etc. then go for it.
But this trend is troubling to me.
