Comment: Give me a break, Fred Price is only trying to reinvent himself because he's no longer the HNIC, a lot of his members have moved over to Noel Jones church and the money ain't rolling in like it used to because folks are getting hipped to the game. This is one of many ways so called Prosperity Preachers con the guilible out of their money, let's see there's so called Miracle Oil, Prayer Cloths, Books, Tapes and the #1, give yourself a makeover by claiming a title like Bishop, Prophet or Apostle. I'll tell you what, seeings how I can read, let's see if Price really has the power of an Apostle, let him take is butt over to King Drew or Harbor General and start laying hands on the sick so we can see if he's really call to that office. If the power is there, people will receive miracles. That's what an Apostle does and theses signs and wonders follow a true Apostle of which Fred Price ain't. He's nothing more than a con artist who's raising another con artist to fool the sheeple.

The pulpit pimps website is so true- they'll get one pimp (creflo) to endorse another pimp (Price) and sheep will follow like crazy. I agree with Streetdancer- he's reinventing himself. someone on his church marketing team probably instructed this.

Comment: Blk, Fred Price ain't the top dawg no more because there are a gang of new faces on the scene like Bernard Jordan, Creflo, Kearny Thomas, Eddie Long, TD Jakes, Noel Jones and a host of others that are more charismatic and outgoing than Fred Price. In fact, most of these guys have returned to the traditional Pentecostal style that Fred Price made fun of uncluding the way we as blacks sing and preach so that leaves Price out. This is nothing more than a new way Price can use to con money out of people who think that they have to buy God's help, grace and mercy in time of need. He and his whole family is a joke, son can't teach worth crap and Betty is even worse but as long as the people don't read for themselves, The Prices will continual to get over like a Fat Rat.

Comment: Hey OSUN, Fred Price was a day late and a dime short with that book/series on Race, Religion and Racism. In fact he only did it because of what went down between him and the Hagins so he gets no brownie points for exposing what the NOI and many others uncluding a well known Black minister who many years ago tried in vain to warn Fred about his relationship with The Hagins, Copeland, Charles Capps and others within The Word Of Faith Movement. The young minister even prophesied over Fred about this and he soon to come role of starting FIFTH-Wick-Come ( LOL ) to which Fred wave the brother off because as we all know about Fred Price, if it didn't come from the White folks, then if wasn't of God. Well everything that the young minister told Fred came to pass to the tee and that young minister at the time was none other than E Bernard Jordan. Like I said, if the Hagins hadn't reminded Fred that he wasn't anything more than a House Negro to them and the movement, he would have never said anything, even though many other Black minister within the WOF movement had come to Fred, complaining about the treatment they had received from the White folks in the movement. That's why I ain't buying this Apostle crap, Price is only trying to reinvent himself in a world that he's no longer needed. Afterall, there's Jakes, Creflo, Charles Blake, Kenny Ulmer, Bernard Jordan and many others who don't really even kick it with Fred Price. Have you ever notice that he never speaks at the Big Dawg meetings ? Hmmmmmmm, I wonder why ( hint hint )

Comment: As much as we love a good laugh, God is still God and the word does say "Psalm 105:15 “Do not touch My anointed ones, And do My prophets no harm." And since none of us really knows who is and who ain't, I wouldn't talk about preachers all carelessly. God is still God.

Comment: Rod, Fred Price ain't no more annointed that any body else in the body of Christ so please take a hike with the scare tactic that Price and many others have been using to run game on any one that questioned their so called doctrine or authority. Plus if the negro is soooooo annoited as they say they are, why did they scare Sen Grassly and the Goverment off ? How come these called annoited negros ain't scaring off the Crips, Bloods, M-13's, Mexican Mafia and many others gangs that terrorize the Black community of which by the way, where many of their members live in ??? What about LAPD, NYPD, The FBI, CIA and other organizations that misuse their power to terrorize the Black community ??? Folks, notice that only time Fred Price, Creflo Dollars and the rest of em only use Ps 105:15 is to punk people into submition to them. Fred Price is one of many false prophets that the bible warns us about in the last days and he's like many others uncluding Joyce Myers, Bynum, Jamal Bryant, Ken Copeland, Paul Crouch, Clarance McClendon, Eddie Long, Paula White and many others that have used the Bible to steal from the poor, widows, orphans, the stranger and many others.

Comment: Jazzfan, there are at least 25 Apostles mention throughout the New Testament and the office of the Apostle is mention in Eph 4:11 as one of the five fold ministries that's used to perfect the saints for the work of the ministry. Now the problem with guys like Fred Price is that doesn't have the signs, wonders and the gift of the Apostle based on the book of Acts. Like I said, Fred Price is only trying to reinvent himself to make himself current in today's new breed of Black ministers, he knows one of the best ways to do that is to give yourself the appearance of importance, so what better way to do that but make yourself either a Prophet, Bishop or an Apostle. Price knows that Blacks in the church love titles and most if not all of his members at CCC will never question his authority.

Comment: just came across this...interesting...The spiritual office of apostle is a vital office that demands a Biblical understanding. Some people have believed that there a modern apostles, while others dismiss the authority of the ancient apostles. Both of these beliefs constitute dangers for us. Those who believe in modern apostles subject themselves to the authority of men, who may be perverting the true gospel, jeopardizing their own souls and the souls of their followers. Others fail to heed the writings of the Bible because of their failure to understand the authority of the true apostles. This may lead them to dismiss the importance of the Bible pattern because of their failure to appreciate the position of the apostles who recorded it. Therefore, we must be careful to understand the nature of the apostles, so that we may properly understand God's will for us and appreciate the authority of God that is behind the writings of the apostles.
