Comment: dang what is it about brothas and our dogs? here is another tragedy involving a black man and dogs. sorry the young man was killed, but ving better be careful here. they might say he sent some type of telepathic signal for the dogs to attack this man, and ving will share a cell next to the one they're attempting to put vick into. bull mastiffs are also territorial as are most every breed of dog, but more so than some others. they're large, very powerful small ponies. it's difficult to believe the man was working there for 2 years and this type of incident happened. what was the temperment of these dogs? what was the relationship, if any between this man and the dogs in question? did he provoke them? there's definitely more to this one.

Comment: Get the checkbook out, Ving, looks like you gonna have to pay up. Pitbull attacks happen out here in L.A. a lot - children, babies, senior citizens, and domestic help are often the targets at peoples homes - I never go in anyone's home who has a pitbull.

Comment: Believe it or not, pitbulls are the sweetest dogs a person could have. I have one and he is soo playful and smart. My trainer swear's that pitbulls are the hardest dogs to train to be mean. It's sad that people make these dogs mean and now they have that reputation. It's soo sad that this man was killed by one.

Comment: Those dogs have to be put down. Ving has to pay. Pitbulls are what they are. Very aggressive dogs and their owners are attracted to them because of that. I moved out of a beautiful garden apartment in the Bronx because the owner and his wife had a large dog that terrified me. The owners were lovely people who always told me the dog would never hurt me, but after nine months of being terrified, I said let me get the hell up outta here.

Comment: A friend of mine FOUND a full grown female pit one day and took it home. This dog was so friendly and well behaved. Never had a problem with it, even with the four little children running around. Children this dog did noteven grow up with. So I do believe if you teach the dog to be aggressive they will be aggressive.

Comment: What I heard on the news - think it was CNN - was this guy was the caregiver for the dogs, he actually took care of the dogs and other stuff on the property. Ving's mom discovered the man's body laying near/in the front lawn. WEIRD PART - none of the dogs had blood on them when the authorities arrived. Please explain that to me!
