Comment: I'm not a teen but my disillusionment with marriage is inspite of my parents over 60 year marriage. I just have NOT found anyone remotely like my father in any guy I've ever considered dating. Also, I don't want kids so I don't see what marriage has to offer me. I have a successful professional life so financial security is not an issue either. There just doesn't seem to be a good reason to get married.
