Comment: LL looked good when he was 16 and had the videos for I'm Bad & I Need Love!! He had abs way back then. Remember the red jumpsuit that he wore without a shirt? I was young but I was old enough to know that he was sexy!! I believe that he really does work out really hard. My daddy is in his 50's and works out every day and STILL has a body like that!! So I know it's possible!!

Comment: this is so ironic because I saw his true hollywood story on him last night and I was so impressed with him. He was a fiesty little 16 year old. He has always been nice to look at. I could care less what he did with his body it looks damn good to me and I would let him give it to me anytime. Comment: I'm mildly surprised at this rumor - I'm not a real LL fan but throughout his career he's not only grown spiritually he's grown physically. He's been into the healthy aspect of building his body for a long time and it worked for him. He was even able to incorporate his lifestyle and belief into that show with Debbie Allen. He's on point with 'it's not me, it's them'.

Comment: LL's definitely had rhinoplasty (a nose job). And for a while, he was looking "surprised" or had that wild-eyed crackhead look, which nowadays means that he got an eye lift or botox in his forehead. His faces looks a lot more "relaxed" now, as faces do once they heal from surgrey. He can't deny it. Your nose doesn't change just because you've been working out! Your eyes don't change shape!

Comment: I do not know if LLCOolJ, the one that the ladies love, has been nipped and tucked or not because quite frankly, when I look at him I am not thinking about that. It does seem however, that Americans have a hard time believing that one can obtain not only health, but a beautiful physique through diet and exercise. Because we are a nation of fake plastic people, quick to carve up our bodies and try the latest diet, some of us seem to have a difficult time grasping that discipline and hard work will achieve the same results. I don't know what LL nor Janet have done but I know that they are both fabulous at 40.

Comment: Like said already, LL has always been slim and sort of muscular as a cocky 16 year old, during his twenties he really began to define his body and by his thirties he was off the chain. I just do not think it's the result of plastic surgery (I'm on the board with the steriods).

He has always been into taking great care of his body, and he would be fine even without the celebrity status. (You know how some okay-looking people get famous and all of a sudden they're "fine".)

Comment: First off, Black don't crack, so LL's face, along with the faces of 100s of 1000s of other Black folk aged 40 and beyond, is as smooth now as it was when he was in his twenties. As as far as the wide-eyed boyish look some folks commented on LL once having, the wide-eyed boyish look was most likely there at that time because that's what he was---a boy. But now he's a mature, relaxed 40 year-old man. So his face is going to look a little more relaxed. And as far as the body goes, Black men carry the least amount of body fat than any other male group. So if you go to the gym and work really hard, dramatic results will follow. Now granted LL probably has some ancestoral genetics working on his behalf too, but many of the people on this board (how many calories am I burning typing this?) would shock themselves if they got very serious about excercise/resistance training and limiting their food portions.

Comment: NO PLASTIC SURGERY AT ALL!!!!! I have watched his old videos on YOU TUBE (06/24/2006) and I'm happy to say to the NAY SAYERS....LL did not have any surgery....he looks the same....nose and all.....to those who say he's had plastic surgery I say...KILL THAT NOISE
