Comment: giantsfan, excellent point. This is one of the reasons I'm not a huge fan of Oprah. I like her and what she accomplished, but I think she's more fluff than substance.

Comment: Queen ~ Speaking of past experiences does not mean your "not" ashamed. She used the same vehicle that exploited her to condemn it. She was not telling people "How To" but "Not To" follow in the footsteps she did. Our society is laced with "Tell All" books. The only difference is she named names. Latoya Jackson told all on her clown family but she was deemed crazy, but as the years roll by we are finding out that Latoya was the only sane one. Too short named names, Ludicrous bragged on chicks in different area codes. As I stated above many have wrote about past wives, husbands, conquest (wilt chamberland) and past addictions. I see it all the same.

Comment: MWAHHAHAHAHAHAHA....Hold up..I saw 'Superhead' on 'Harpo' and homegirl had a 10 minute segway...Of course O didn't ask her, "If you're so ashamed of your past, and you're truly trying to keep other girls on the straight and narrow, why trademark "Superhead"'? You don't write a book glamourizing the situations you so obviously put yourself in. What helps young girls is volunteering in Big Sister programs and working in the juvenile system. If you want to testify, do it in a way that doesn't glorify the mess you were in. Yes we all have our pasts, as do I, but I intend to use my story as an avoidance tale rather than a bragadocious fable.
